She also has some great recipes, a list of natural resources, a reading list, and plenty of other little nuggets.
Lindsay also mentions Sue Gregg often throughout her posts and I just checked out a book of hers from the library. I hadn't ever heard of her before. She offers recipes and education using whole foods. I will let you know what I think about the book.
