Fun Filled Wednesday

Yesterday we had a fun day. We have spent so much time at home and yesterday was just the opposite. We were out and about. In the morning we got and went to see Joy. We got to hear our little baby's heartbeat. I just love that. I melt inside. Jesse and the girls got to be there, too. Then, the girls and I headed off to the library. We picked out some books. Read a little. Played with the train sent. And then were off to North Crest to play in the open gym with Anna and Evan. Grace loved it. It was the first time we had ever gone. Hadassah stepped onto the floor in in the gym and did not like the texture and it was all over. I carried her the hour we were there. That is not usually her personality. About 5 minutes before we left she decided to get down and play. Then, since we were right by Daddy's office we met him for lunch. I thought I was hungry and Jesse wanted to go to Mongo's. I ate all my green peppers and brought the rest home. Got home and tucked the girls in bed. A moment of relaxation and my dad stops over. He brought little shirts for the girls. A pink and red one, both with a heart on them for Valentine's Day. The girls got to see Papa. My parents leave for Florida tomorrow. They are spending time with my mom's siblings. Then, we ate supper. Jesse came home a little later. And after the girls were in bed we watched FIREPROOF. I had been waiting patiently for it to come to video and it did not disappoint. It was very, very good. We don't have that many movies, but I think we will have to buy this one. Well, we have had a low key morning. The girls playing dress up while I put our tax papers together. I work this afternoon. Perhaps. I have been cut many hours as of late. The count has been so up and down. Well, the little ones are watching a video so I had better check that all is well.

This and that...

Not too much on my mind today. The sun is shining in on me and feels so good. I have had little interest in blogging as of late. Today, I am enjoying a brief break from the constant nausea. I vacuumed everywhere and so for a few moments the house seems a bit cleaner. We also the cleaned the girls room. It was a disaster and I just couldn't bear to look at it any longer. We are thankful for our new little one on the way, but I am praying that soon there will be less hours on nausea in the day. I just got a book from the library called Honey For A Child's Heart. I finally got around to requesting it. Anyway, it has some great ideas for books for children. I am always looking for suggestions especially when it is winter and we spend more time inside. The girls just went down and I am going to as well. You probably won't see much for Tidbits, at least for awhile. I have been living off Triscuits and grapefruit and so have no desire to read about food or recipes right now. And my brain is taking a vacation.
