Facebook

Okay, so I am stuck. I have a facebook account, but use it very little. I went on to the site which I have bookmarked the other day at it is all in a different language. I try logging on to fix the language and my password doesn't work. Then, last night I get an e-mail that I might be part of a phishing scam from facebook. I want to close/delete my account, but I can't access it and I can't read anything on the screen, except for my e-mail address that shows up. If anyone is more computer savvy than me and can help that would be great. Otherwise I might change my e-mail. Thanks.
