May...the month that flew by....

Well, I completely missed the month of May.  I did not post one little photo.  So, here is a brief review.  A couple of pics and hopefully I will do a little better this month.  June is nearly half way over so I had better get busy.  Wait...I am busy.  That is why there is a delay in the posting.

May 10th was our last day of school.  Grace finished off the year with her first Iowa Basics testing and Hadassah can't wait for me to order her next math books.  She loved kindergarten and told me the other day she might just finished up first grade this summer and start with second in the fall.  So fun to be a part of our childrens' learning.

Not a lot of sunshine around here during May and still so cool and wet.  School is out, but it barely feels likes summer.

We wrapped up our Love and Respect small group and ended the Wednesday night RAD program with a family dinner and awards ceremony.

The garden is planted and sprouting up wonderful green everywhere!

The chickens are laying eggs and we added a few new layers to the house this year.

Grace got braces, just 4 teeth on top to hopefully allow room for other permanent teeth.  She has a full mouth.  And Hadassah has her firts loose tooth.  Asher spent the month of April getting in 3 molars and a 4th pushed through in May.  Not much sleep in April for him or me.  It is getting bettter although he does not sleep like the others have.

A Father n Daughter date night was a highlight for the girls this months.  Dinner and a dance.  And prizes.  Grace won 4 tickets to Noahs Ark at WI Dells.  We have never been there before.

And I took the boys on a date to Cherry Berry.  Gabe loves the little red chairs.

Soooo...here are some photos.

 Yummy...sneaking a treat.
Eggs from our own chickens...first time we filled a carton.
What happened to that picture?  Craziness.
 Making our own lip balm.
 Yummy flavors.
End of the school year fun.
Me, too, take a pic of me.
 Lotion bars.
Looking so grown up with her 4 braces on top.
We call this his "straight smile"
 Hadassah loves making salads.
See the smiling face she made on the top of it?
 Chicken bombs...jalepeno pepper hidden inside.
SURPRISE!
 Pointillism..

 Date night with Daddy.
 A princess.
A Dad, his lovely daughter, and the Mama cat.

Art is...driving your bulldozer through popsicle sticks.

Boy on red bike=huge smile.
So happy it is warm enough to have a picnic at the park.

Our littles...just want to give them each a giant hug right now.
