Okay, time flies by so quickly and before you know it another week is gone. Our little Gabe is 2 weeks old. Yesterday at his appointment he weighed in at 8 pounds and 5 ounces. He has gained almost a pound since birth. His cheeks are starting to get a little chubby. So precious.... He is adored by his big sisters. He is just starting to let me have a little more sleep at night. But then, Jesse is a great help with hanging out on the couch with Gabe when he doesn't fall asleep after a feeding.

I can never get the pics in the order I want them, so please hang in there with me.

We went to the lake on Tuesday. It was beautiful by the water and we found a nice and shady place to hang out. Gabe and the girls did great. Me, I was ready for a nap that afternoon.

Friends...Liz, Tate, and Audrey came for a visit on Wednesday. The girls and Tate played in the pool and it was a beautiful morning to be outdoors. So fun to have friends over for a visit. See pic of train.

Tonight we ate corn on the cob from our garden, actually we had it for lunch, too. So delicious! Our first year of planting corn and it was a success! Jesse and the girls picked and they helped remove the husks. They were so excited.
