We have made it to the half way mark! Hooray! This morning I had another ultrasound. The baby looks good and is growing. 13 ounces. Isn't that incredible? The little one was kicking and moving all over the place, which is what I have been telling people. I started feeling the kicks at 15 weeks this time, much earlier than previous. It is fun when the baby is so active. Hopefully that means at night he/she is sleeping. More good news. The subchorionic hemorrhage is almost gone, according to the tech. Still waiting on the official report. We are so thankful for this news and ask for continued prayers for complete healing. It was tough to get pics this time she said b/c the baby was so active, but we have some really good ones from the other ultrasounds. And, yes, we have stayed strong and will not find out what we are having. No guesses, yet, from us. I was teasing Jesse the other day that perhaps it is a boy since I have felt so miserable, more so than the girls. And he seemed excited at the thought, but in the end we pray for a healthy baby and wait for the surprise. I was going to have Jesse take a pic of me this morning, but I forgot, so that will have a to wait. My coworkers say I look like I ate a big meal. I am in the comfy sweatpant stage, although I have pulled out my maternity bin and tried out a few things. The nausea is fleeting and finally this week I feel like I have more energy. I hope it lasts. We talked about names last night. Nothing concrete, so suggestions are welcome.
I just cleaned the entry, pulling out the winter stuff to wash and hopefully I will not need to drag it out again. I am ready for spring and ready to be done with the snow. It has been raining and raining and raining. Although it certainly limits outdoor time I much prefer it to the below zero cold. This afternoon, cleaning out too small clothes for the girls and weaning out the winter stuff. At the rate I am going by next week they have to wear shorts and tanks. It was fun to see that I am all set for Hadassah from Grace's stash and thanks to all kinds of end of the year clearance last year, Grace should be set, too. She just needs some sandals.
Well, time to get back to spring cleaning.
